Sharesave is a UK employee benefit that lets you save and buy company shares at a 20% discount on today’s price—but you don’t need to buy the shares upfront. Instead, you agree to contribute to a special savings account for 3 years.

At the end of the 3 year Sharesave plan, you can decide whether to use your savings contributions to buy the discounted shares at the locked-in price from 3 years ago and immediately sell them for a profit if the share price has risen - or to simply receive back your contributions.

With Sharesave you cannot lose: you either make a profit or receive all of your savings contribution back.

With ShareMore you still get to keep 50% of any profit earned on the full amount of £3,600. That is five times what you would otherwise make if you had contributed £360 of your savings.

If the share price has not gone up, we receive back the contribution refunds we paid to you.
